Meet the Staff

Ashley Chaiken, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

With over 15 years of experience as a nurse practitioner specializing in gastroenterology, Ashley Chaiken is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care. She believes in treating the whole patient—helping them feel and look their best by focusing on health, beauty, and overall wellness.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Ashley earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida. She earned her Masters in Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University, where she specialized as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has called Delray Beach home for the past 13 years, where she lives with her husband, three energetic boys, and their beloved golden retriever.

Known for her attentive approach and dedication to excellence, Ashley takes pride in building lasting relationships with her patients. Her mission is to ensure every person she treats feels heard, valued, and cared for—empowering them to live their healthiest, most confident lives.

Zach Chaiken, MBA

Zach Chaiken serves as the Office Manager at Palm Beach Beauty & Wellness, bringing his passion for organization, efficiency, and patient experience to the heart of the practice. Originally from Columbia, Maryland, Zach earned his Bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University, where he was a standout Division I lacrosse player. He went on to receive his Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

With a background in business and a dedication to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, Zach plays an integral role in making sure every patient’s experience is seamless, welcoming, and personalized. Outside the office, Zach is a proud father to three energetic, sports-loving boys, and enjoys family life in Delray Beach, Florida.
