Who We Are

Palm Beach Beauty & Wellness is a family-owned and locally operated practice rooted in the heart of Delray Beach. Ashley and her husband Zach have proudly called Delray home since 2012, where they are raising three active boys. When not working, much of their time is spent at the hockey rink or lacrosse field cheering on their kids — a busy, joyful life that keeps family at the center of everything they do.

Ashley Chaiken, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with 20 years of nursing experience and 16 years as a nurse practitioner. A proud graduate of the University of Florida and Johns Hopkins University, Ashley brings extensive medical knowledge along with a steady, compassionate approach to patient care.

What truly sets Ashley apart is the way she connects with her patients. She is known for her warm personality, genuine interest in people’s lives, and ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. Her goal is always to create a welcoming environment where well-being, trust, and personal connection come first.
